About Us
Lynk is a full service real estate investment and management
company focusing on residential properties throughout the Southern
United States and Latin America. Lynk handles all aspects related
to a real estate investment; from locating and investigating potential
investment opportunities, performing financial and market analyses
of the project and surrounding areas, arranging the financing
and closing, to maintaining and managing the properties to ensure
total occupancy and maximize cash flow. We do all the work so
our investors won’t have to.
Our current portfolio includes interests in over 20 properties
throughout Florida, Texas and the Dominican Republic.
We are continually expanding our portfolio by
aggressively using our experience and connections in the real
estate industry in the Southern United States and Latin America
to identify and develop additional investment opportunities for
our partners and investors.
